Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior warehouse or distribution experience preferred.
  • Ability to operate a forklift and other material-handling equipment preferred.
  • Safe and conscientious driving skills.
  • Knowledge of basic computer systems.
  • Knowledge of inventory management systems.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Self motivated and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

  • Receive, store, and distribute products according to company procedures.
  • Prepare and verify all outgoing orders.
  • Monitor inventory accuracy and report discrepancies.
  • Coordinate and prioritize daily receiving, stocking, and shipping activities.
  • Support entry and tracking of procurement data.
  • Communicate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Assist with general warehouse cleaning and maintenance.
  • Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment.
  • Follow all safety procedures and protocols.

The pay range starts at $18/hr and goes up from there depending on experience and includes benefits PTO and 401k.

What You Bring to the Table:

Your Mission:

Before You Leap:

Some positions require travel and overnight stays. Travel expenses will be covered by Nwestco, LLC.

All job offers are contingent upon successful completion of the following:
  • Ability to pass pre-employment physical with extensive lifting (up to 75 lb), twisting, pulling, kneeling, and squatting.
  • A valid driver's license with a clean driving record over the past 5 years required.
