Job Title: Warehouse Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficient and accurate receipt, storage, and shipment of inventory.

Duties & Responsibilities
  1. Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels, track inventory movements, and perform regular inventory audits.
  2. Warehouse Organization: Ensure the warehouse is organized, clean, and safe, adhering to all company policies and procedures.
  3. Shipping and Receiving: Coordinate and oversee the receipt, inspection, and storage of incoming shipments, as well as the preparation and shipment of outgoing orders.
  4. Order Fulfillment: Ensure accurate and timely processing of customer orders, including picking, packing, and shipping.
  5. Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including customer service, sales, and logistics, to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  6. Safety and Compliance: Ensure a safe and compliant work environment, adhering to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  7. Process Improvements: Identify areas for improvement and implement process changes to increase efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
  8. Training and Development: Provide training and support to new team members, ensuring a smooth transition and knowledge transfer.
Basic Qualifications
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in logistics, supply chain management, or related field preferred.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment, preferably in a coordinator or supervisory role.
Skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Proficient in inventory management software and Microsoft Office
Physical Demands
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
  • Walking long distances within the warehouse
  • Bending, reaching, lifting and climbing ladders to access elevated racking
  • Good mobility and dexterity to efficiently manage inventory and fulfill orders
  • Potential operation of forklifts and pallet jacks

Schedule
