A leading company in event production is seeking a Design Production Coordinator to manage graphic production for trade shows and special events. The role requires collaboration with designers and account executives to ensure timely and high-quality graphic outputs. Ideal candidates will have a degree in Graphic Design or relevant experience, along with proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and strong communication skills.
The Design Production Coordinator works closely with the Graphic Designers, Production Managers, and Account Executives to oversee the timely creation and processing of graphic production files. This position involves exporting large-format print-ready graphics for trade shows and special events. The Coordinator also collaborates with Account Executives to ensure the timely approval of graphic orders according to the event production schedule.
