What We’re Looking For

We are seeking a self-motivated individual to join our fast-growing, dynamic team.

What You’ll Be Doing

The responsibilities will vary but primarily focus on warehouse and inventory management for our Dallas office. The ideal candidate will be professional and courteous, interacting with customers, vendors, and employees.

Duties

• Receive all delivered equipment daily in accounting software.
• Coordinate with Project Managers to stage receipts for jobs.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable warehouse.
• Manage outbound courier shipments and job site deliveries.
• Handle equipment returns (credit) and repairs.
• Oversee warehouse inventory and distribute stock for projects as needed.

What You Bring To The Table

• Associate’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Ability to operate a company vehicle.
• Ability to lift 25 pounds or more.
• Ability to climb ladders.
• Customer Service experience (preferred).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Experience with shipping software such as UPS WorldShip and FedEx (preferred).
• Understanding of freight scheduling.
• Knowledge of international shipping and documentation (preferred).
