What we’re looking for :

We are seeking a self-motivated individual to join our dynamic and growing team.

What you’ll be doing :

The role primarily involves warehouse and inventory management at our Dallas office. The ideal candidate will be professional and courteous, interacting with customers, vendors, and colleagues.

This position is crucial in delivering the service excellence our customers expect. Key responsibilities include :

1. Receiving all delivered equipment daily in our accounting software.
2. Collaborating with Project Managers to stage receipts for projects.
3. Maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse.
4. Coordinating outbound courier shipments and job site deliveries.
5. Managing equipment returns and repairs.
6. Overseeing warehouse inventory and distributing stock for projects.

What you bring to the table :

• Associate’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Ability to operate a company vehicle.
• Ability to lift 25 pounds or more.
• Ability to climb ladders.
• Customer service experience (preferred).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Experience with shipping software platforms like UPS WorldShip and FedEx (preferred).
• Understanding of freight scheduling.
• Knowledge of international shipping and documentation (preferred).
