Job summary

DWK Life Sciences LLC in Vineland, NJ, is seeking a Control Room Operator to manage Via Store system operations for outbound shipments and inbound warehousing, ensuring timely and accurate material flow.

The role requires 3-5 years in distribution/warehouse, familiarity with Microsoft Office, and experience with WMS or SAP; training provided as needed.

You will support daily workload releases, cycle counts, and safety standards, maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 3-5 years distribution/warehouse experience preferred.
• Basic computer experience and familiarity with Microsoft Office. WMS and/ or SAP experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate the Viastore system to gather outbound shipments efficiently.
• Operate the Viastore system to deposit incoming ware using FIFO methodology.
• Identify and report issues/problems in a clear and concise manner to the Viastore help desk.
• Oversee the pick area’s during daily operations.
• Identify problems with the Via Store system and relay them to the DC manager or supervisor.
• Use SAP to record inventory adjustments and complete necessary paperwork.
• Release daily workload (deliveries) and requested releases by Customer Service.
• Participate in physical inventories and cycle counts as needed.
