Job summary

DSV – Global Transport and Logistics is seeking a Warehouse Operator specializing in SAP EWM in Lancaster, USA. The role supports inbound, put-away, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control using RF devices and forklift equipment.

You will work in a fast-paced distribution environment, ensuring accuracy, safety, and adherence to SOPs while collaborating with IT and operations teams.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of direct operational experience with SAP EWM/WM.
• Hands-on experience with industrial handheld barcode scanners, vehicle mounted terminals, and mobile printers.
• 2 years in a high-volume distribution center, manufacturing plant, or 3PL logistics center.

Responsibilities

• Execute inbound receiving activities: unload shipments and generate goods receipts in SAP EWM.
• Perform put-away using RF handheld devices according to SAP EWM slotting and bin location strategies.
• Execute wave picking and order fulfillment tasks using voice picking or RF scan workflows (FIFO/FEFO).
• Conduct packing, staging, shipping confirmations, and goods issue postings for outbound orders.
• Perform physical inventory checks and cycle counting in SAP EWM; manage stock corrections.
