Qualifications

• 2–4 years scheduling, supply chain, customer service, or sales experience.
• Strong Excel/Spreadsheets and data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Defines production schedule for all work centers to optimize customer satisfaction.
• Uses MRP demand and SAP to set priority and schedule.
• Monitors production progress to ensure timely completion of the schedule.
• Maintains SAP data including lead times, work centers, and capacity.
• Explores root causes of delays and communicates deviations to stakeholders.
• Expedites materials and collaborates with buyers to resolve issues.
