Job summary

LMS Mid-Atlantic LLC is seeking an experienced Warehouse & Construction Driver to support field operations by delivering materials, tools, and equipment to jobsites, maintaining warehouse organization, and ensuring accurate tracking of assets.

The role works with project managers, superintendents, and field crews to keep projects running safely and efficiently; candidates should have a valid driver's license and DOT health card, plus prior experience in warehouse or construction logistics.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required.
• DOT Medical Examiner's Certificate (DOT Health Card) required or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Drive company vehicles to deliver materials, tools, and equipment to construction job sites.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and efficient warehouse environment.
• Track inventory and equipment using ToolWatch or similar software.
• Assist field crews with material deliveries and project mobilization/demobilization.

PositionOverview

TheWarehouse&ConstructionDriverplaysacriticalroleinsupportingfieldoperationsbydeliveringconstructionmaterials,tools,andequipmenttojobsites,maintainingwarehouseorganization,andensuringaccuratetrackingofcompanyassets.ThispositionworkscloselywithProjectManagers,Superintendents,Foremen,vendors,andfieldcrewstohelpkeepprojectsoperatingefficientlyandsafely.

Warehouse&ConstructionDrivertypicalresponsibilitiesanddutiesinclude,butarenotlimitedtothefollowing:

• Drivecompanyvehiclestodelivermaterials,tools,andequipmenttoconstructionjobsites
• Pickupmaterials,supplies,andequipmentfromvendors,suppliers,andrentalcompanies
• Load,unload,transport,andsafelysecureconstructionmaterialsandequipment
• Maintainanorganized,clean,andefficientwarehouseenvironment
• Receive,inspect,count,organize,andstoreincomingmaterialsandequipment
• Preparematerials,tools,andequipmentforjobsitedeliveriesandprojectmobilizations
• TrackcompanytoolsandequipmentusingToolWatchorsimilarinventorymanagementsoftware
• Checktoolsandequipmentinandoutofthewarehouseandupdateinventoryrecordsaccordingly
• Maintainaccuraterecordsofequipmentassignedtoemployees,crews,vehicles,andjobsites
• Updateequipmentrecordsfortransfers,returns,repairs,damagedequipment,andlostitems
• Assistwithinventorycountsandhelpidentifymissing,damaged,orunderutilizedequipment
• Maintaindeliverytickets,receipts,inventoryrecords,andotherrequireddocumentation
• Pickupandreturnrentalequipmentandcoordinateequipmentmovementbetweenjobsites
• Assistfieldcrewswithmaterialdeliveriesandconstructionsupportactivities
• Supportprojectmobilizationanddemobilizationefforts
• Performroutinevehicleinspectionsandreportmaintenanceorsafetyconcerns
• Maintaincompanyvehiclesinaclean,safe,andprofessionalcondition
• Followcompanysafetypolicies,OSHArequirements,trafficregulations,andjobsitesafetyrequirements
• CommunicateeffectivelywithProjectManagers,Superintendents,warehousepersonnel,vendors,andfieldcrews
• Performadditionalwarehouse,delivery,logistics,andconstructionsupportdutiesasassigned

Experience/Education

• Highschooldiplomaorequivalentpreferred
• Validdriver'slicensewithanacceptabledrivingrecordrequired
