Cirks Construction, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Worker to receive, store and distribute products, materials and equipment in the company’s warehouse facility.

The role involves operating forklifts and large vehicles, maintaining equipment and a clean work area, and ensuring accurate records and safety compliance. Responsibilities include shipping/receiving, inventory records, loading/unloading, and occasional travel to job sites.

• Ability to become forklift certified.

Essential Job Functions

• Responsible for shipping and receiving inventory
• Maintains records of received inventory and communicates timely to the responsible construction personnel
• Reviews bills of lading for incoming shipments
• Responsible for inventorying products against packing lists
• Organizes stores and stages products for field distribution
• Assists with updating and providing accurate records of inventory
• Monitors inventory while keeping precise records of products stored or stocked
• Inspects and maintains for safety and mechanical upkeep of vehicles and forklifts
• Operates Company vehicle forklift and other warehouse tools and equipment
• Responsible for delivering products using moving vans box trucks flatbeds and equipment trailers
• Travels as needed to complete deliveries to and from vendors or job sites
• Loads and unloads trucks and delivery vehicles using manual and motorized equipment
• Maintains a safe organized and clean working environment
• Responsible for working safely adhering to all aspects of our Health Safety and Environmental Program both for self protection and for protection of fellow co workers sub contractors the public and the client by supporting all Company safety efforts
• Performs administrative tasks as needed
• Other duties as assigned

Education Experience and Skills

• 1 3 years experience with related experience or equivalent
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic knowledge of warehousing storage and distribution methods and procedures
• Experience with inspection and maintenance for vehicle and forklift safety
• Verified experience driving large vehicles moving vans box trucks flatbeds
• Shipping and receiving experience including checking bills of lading for incoming shipment inventorying product against packing lists
• Experience organizing storing and staging product for field distribution
• Ability to become forklift certified
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Ability to manage priorities and workflow
• Dependable team player with strong communication skills
• Planning time management and organizational skills
• Coordination and inventory control skills
• Data entry reporting and documenting skills
• Friendly and positive attitude towards change
• Able to identify a need remove the barriers and has the know how to make things happen

• Must possess or be able to obtain an appropriate state drivers license prior to employment along with a clean driving record and reliable transportation
