Job summary

Marathon Electrical Contractors, LLC is seeking an experienced Logistics Manager to oversee delivery slips, material storage, and on-site material requests. The role focuses on coordinating shipments, maintaining inventory accuracy, and communicating with project teams on daily logistics needs.

The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic and a background in logistics, with proficiency in Procore and Office365.

Qualifications

• Must collect all incoming delivery slips and log them into Procore.
• Must manage and ensure the accuracy of material storage within the warehouse.
• Must establish and manage on-site material requests and shipments.

Responsibilities

• Must collect all incoming delivery slips from any incoming delivery and log into Procore.
• Must manage and ensure the accuracy of material storage within the warehouse.
• Must facilitate the establishment of on-site material requests from on-site management.
• Must establish and manage incoming shipments of ordered materials.
• Must notify project superintendents of daily deliveries.
