Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of relevant warehouse, logistics, shipping/receiving, import/export, or distribution experience.

Responsibilities

• Support shipping, receiving, container processing, inspections, picking, packing, and quality control activities.
• Prepare, review, and maintain detailed import/export, customs, compliance, and warehouse documentation.
• Use Excel and MS Office tools to track shipments, inventory-related information, paperwork, and operational details.
• Assist with warehouse workflow, order accuracy, product handling, and documentation tied to regulated processes.
• Lift and move materials up to 50 lbs. while following safety, quality, and operational procedures.
• Pivot between clerical and warehouse priorities as business needs change throughout the day.
