Responsibilities

• Process customer orders, create sales orders, pull products, and coordinate shipping arrangements.
• Support inventory control activities including receiving, cycle counts, stock accuracy, and warehouse organization.
• Handle shipping and receiving tasks using common parcel and freight carriers, including UPS, FedEx, and LTL shipments.
• Perform basic assembly work to support customer orders and sales requirements.
• Confirm delivery details with customers and assist with order follow-up as needed.
• Support other warehouse, logistics, and operational functions when business needs require.
