Qualifications

• Ability to work independently and handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail, parcels and interoffice mail.
• Prepare outgoing mail and shipments for dispatch.
• Create courier shipments using FedEx, UPS, and other shipping systems.
• Track packages and maintain mailing records and logs.
• Perform accurate data entry and documentation.
• Maintain inventory of mailroom and shipping supplies.
• Pick up and deliver supplies within the facility as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service while handling sensitive materials.
