Job summary

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of warehouse, inventory, and logistics experience, proficiency with Excel and MS Office, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of warehouse, inventory, logistics, shipping, receiving experience.
• Experience with shipping/receiving, picking/packing, inspections, and QC.
• Strong Microsoft Excel and MS Office skills with detailed record-keeping.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Attention to detail on regulated paperwork, customs, import/export.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory records, cycle counts, reconcile discrepancies.
• Coordinate shipping, receiving, freight, vendor pickups, deliveries, packing lists, customs docs.
• Support international shipping incl. import/export documentation and compliance.
• Handle material handling: pick, pack, stage, load, unload with quality control.
• Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, freight providers, field personnel to ensure timely delivery.
• Adapt to changing priorities in a fast-growing environment; communicate clearly.
