Job summary

Estes Forwarding Worldwide is hiring a Coordinator for Warehouse Client Services Cross-Dock in Palmetto, GA. You will communicate with clients and carriers to coordinate deliveries and shipments, and work with warehouse teams to ensure accurate processing and timely execution.

You will input data into the Warehouse Management System, perform cycle counts, investigate discrepancies, and support continuous improvement in client relationships and warehouse operations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic software applications.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong problem solving and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients and carriers to coordinate deliveries and shipments.
• Coordinate with warehouse team to ensure accurate processing of orders and receipts.
• Enter data into the Warehouse Management System (WMS) for receipts, shipments, and transfers.
• Perform cycle counts and investigate inventory discrepancies.
• Ensure adherence to warehousing best practices and SOPs.
• Assist with moving freight as needed and authorized.
• Identify trends and opportunities to improve client relations and processes.
