Job summary

Estes Forwarding Worldwide in Rancho Dominguez, CA is seeking a Coordinator, Warehouse Client Services Cross-Dock to coordinate inbound deliveries and outbound shipments, and to communicate with customers and carriers for timely service.

You will work with the warehouse team, enter orders in the warehouse management system (WMS), perform cycle counts, and help ensure accurate processing while upholding standard operating procedures.

Qualifications

• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound deliveries and outbound shipments with customers and carriers.
• Interface with warehouse team to ensure accurate and timely order processing.
• Enter transactions in WMS to complete receipts, shipments, and transfers.
• Perform cycle counts and investigate inventory discrepancies.
• Adhere to SOPs and warehousing best practices.
• Provide proactive customer service and respond to inquiries quickly.
