Estes Forwarding Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Specialist for Corporate Warehouse Operations in Joliet, IL. The role supports warehouse management on projects and daily tasks, handling administrative duties and coordinating onboarding, timekeeping, and compliance activities.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) and 1–3 years in Transportation or Warehousing, with strong MS Office skills, and the ability to pass background checks and drug tests.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 1–3 years of experience in Transportation or Warehousing preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and related software; strong communication and organizational skills.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screen, background check, and drug/alcohol tests; eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to warehouse management on projects and daily operations.
• Assist with creating job aids and work instructions for customer tasks.
• Coordinate onboarding for new hires, including scheduling, orientations, and HR liaison.
• Maintain OSHA forms and office supplies; schedule cleaning for warehouse and offices.
• Enter and correct employee timekeeping data; assist with labor law posters and correspondence.
• Support employee recognition activities and community outreach per HR guidance.
• Attend meetings with recruiters and HR while monitoring location job openings.
