Job summary

Advantech USA in Milpitas, CA seeks a Warehouse Clerk to support daily warehouse operations including picking, kitting, packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory records. • Maintain inventory records and prepare receiving reports.

About this position:

The Warehouse Clerk is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations by accurately picking, kitting, packing, shipping, receiving, and maintaining inventory records. This position ensures products are handled efficiently while maintaining quality standards and supporting overall warehouse productivity.

Responsibilities:

• Assists the Warehouse Supervisor or Warehouse Lead with material processing activities.
• Unloads air and sea shipments, sorts materials onto pallets, racks, and shelves using FIFO procedures, and operates a forklift as needed.
• Sorts incoming materials and utilizes the barcode system (iWMS).
• Receives local shipments, creates barcodes, scans serial numbers in SAP, and prepares receiving reports.
• Unloads consignment and fulfillment project materials, creates barcodes, and scans serial numbers in SAP.
• Performs incoming material receiving and counting and prepares receiving reports.
• Works with the QA and RMA departments to process product returns, credits, and RMA activities.
• Picks sales orders and work orders (CTOS/DTOS projects) from inventory using FIFO procedures and places orders onto pallets or pull carts.
• Forwards orders to the Shipping or Kitting area to ensure sales orders are processed accurately and efficiently.
• Performs other related duties and projects as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

• Basic understanding of fundamental warehouse operations and procedures.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Team-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive.
• Ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 25 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Computer literacy, including experience with Microsoft Office products.
