Advantech USA is seeking a Warehouse Clerk II to support daily warehouse operations, including picking, kitting, packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory maintenance. The role emphasizes accuracy, safety, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualified candidates typically have 2–3 years of warehouse experience, familiarity with shipping/receiving, and basic inventory control. Lifting up to 50 pounds is required.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of warehouse operations experience.
• Knowledge of warehouse procedures, shipping, receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment.
• Experience with inventory tracking systems (WMS) preferred.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Pick, kit, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Receive incoming shipments and verify products against purchase orders and shipping documentation.
• Perform quality inspections on incoming and outgoing materials.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts and inventory reconciliation.
• Support warehouse supervisors and leads with daily operational activities.
• Organize inventory and maintain a clean, safe, and orderly warehouse.
• Follow all company safety policies and warehouse procedures.
• Assist with loading and unloading shipments as needed.
• Report inventory discrepancies, damaged materials, or operational issues to management.
• Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned.

Job description

This position ensures products are handled efficiently while maintaining quality standards and supporting overall warehouse productivity.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Basic computer skills and experience using handheld scanners preferred.
• Forklift certification or previous forklift operating experience preferred.
