Summary
TeamQuestStaffing is seeking a full-time Warehouse Clerk for a hybrid position . This role is approximately 75% warehouse duties and 25% computer / administrative tasks . In addition to traditional warehouse responsibilities, the successful candidate will learn to process compliance paperwork and serve as the liaison between our company and various outside agencies.

While previous warehouse experience is a plus, we are willing to fully train candidates who possess basic computer skills, a fast-learning attitude, and a strong commitment to growth. Being self-motivated and detail-oriented is key .
Hours : Monday – Friday, 7 : 00 am – 3 : 30 pm
Duties and Responsibilities

Warehouse Duties (Approx. 75%)
Pull, pack, and ship orders based on packing sheets provided by the supervisor.
Double-check and review outgoing shipments and printouts (e.g., packing slips, invoices, labels) to ensure completeness and accuracy prior to data entry (quality control).
Restock products that are low in inventory.
Enter shipping information and instructions into FedEx or UPS WorldShip systems as directed.
Maintain order in the warehouse by removing empty boxes, straightening inventory, and organizing products per supervisor instructions.
Help maintain the cleanliness of the facility and surrounding areas to comply with OSHA and company directives.
Perform minor facility repairs, move furniture or filing cabinets, and assist with lifting file boxes as needed.
Receive products, call tags, and shipments in both warehouses as directed.
Pull, pack, and ship international orders as directed.
Coordinate with the Customer Service Department for order adjustments.
Assist with physical inventory as needed.
Order shipping supplies as directed.
Inspect boxes and packaging materials (quality control).
Attach labels to boxes as instructed (quality control).
Assist in palletizing outgoing orders as instructed.
Move pallets using a manual pallet jack.
Perform other duties as required.
Load 20ft and 40ft containers.
Perform manual pallet wrapping.
Computer / Administrative Duties (Approx. 25%)
Learn and process compliance paperwork as required by the company and regulatory agencies.
Serve as a liaison between IBC and various outside agencies, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
Maintain accurate records and documentation for compliance and shipping.
Support other administrative tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs (average 30 lbs).
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
1 year of warehouse experience preferred.
Forklift certification is preferred but not required .
Applicants with forklift experience are encouraged to apply; the company will provide forklift certification training for qualified candidates.
Basic computer proficiency required; willingness to learn new systems.
Ability to work overtime on short notice.
Willingness to work some weekends.
Proficient math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, time-efficient, and a self-starter with the ability to multitask.
Consistently punctual and professional.
Reliable transportation is required.
Willingness to adapt to a fast-paced department.
Eagerness to learn compliance and administrative processes.
