Job summary

Kelly is seeking a Warehouse Clerk in Tucson, AZ for Accendra, a leading US provider of home healthcare equipment. The role is 1st shift, Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM (or until work is finished). Compensation is $18 per hour with weekly pay and temp-to-hire potential.

Responsibilities include receiving and stocking equipment, packing and preparing orders for distribution to patients, loading/unloading, and maintaining accurate inventory records. Safety shoes are required.

Qualifications

• Basic mathematics and general warehouse operations knowledge required.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills are essential.
• Effective communication in person, over the phone, and electronically.

Responsibilities

• Packages and prepares equipment and supplies prior to distribution. Verify and receive materials into inventory.
• Marks and inventories packages for storage or transit; may include palletizing and shrink-wrap.
• Load and unload trucks.
• Fills orders by preparing supplies to be distributed to patients.
• Processes paperwork for distribution of equipment and supplies.
• Ensure distribution forms, requisitions, purchase order forms and packaging slips are completed accurately.
• Performs quality assurance checks on all products received before stocking or distributing goods.
• Maintains warehouse in an efficient, clean, and safe manner.

Responsibilities:

• Packages and prepares equipment and supplies prior to distribution.Verify and receive materials into inventory.

• Assists with the ordering of equipment and supplies to maintain appropriate inventory levels.
• Assists in completing periodic inventory count.
• Cleans and sterilizes.

Skill Requirement:

• Proficiency in basic mathematics and general warehouse operations.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• Effective communication abilities in person, over the phone, and electronically.
• Knowledge of warehousing and inventory management practices.
• Ability to lift items weighing up to 50-60 lbs.
• Prolonged periods of standing and walking.
• Mandatory use of steel-toe/composite shoes.
