Job summary

Kelly Services in Eau Claire, WI is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join a premier wholesale distribution organization. The role offers a Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm schedule and a pay rate of $18–$20 per hour, with direct hire opportunity and strong emphasis on safety and teamwork.

You will unload, receive, stock, pick orders, label merchandise, maintain inventory, and operate forklifts, while keeping the facility clean and compliant with safety policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Basic math skills for inventory and order processing.
• Forklift experience or willingness to obtain certification.
• Occasional lifting up to 100 pounds and standing for extended periods.
• Ability to work in a warehouse with machinery and noise.

Responsibilities

• Unload, receive, verify, and stock incoming products.
• Pull and prepare customer orders for shipment using barcodes and order data.
• Ensure merchandise is packed, labeled, and ready for delivery.
• Maintain accurate inventory and move products within the warehouse.
• Operate powered industrial trucks (forklifts) to organize inventory.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe per policy.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures.

What’s a typical day as Warehouse Associate? You’ll be:

• Unloading, receiving, verifying, and stocking incoming products from vendors
• Pulling and preparing customer orders for shipment using barcodes, serial numbers, and order information
• Ensuring merchandise is safely packed, properly labeled, and ready for delivery
• Maintaining accurate inventory and moving products throughout the warehouse
• Operating powered industrial trucks, such as forklifts, to organize inventory
• Keeping the warehouse organized, secure, and clean in accordance with safety requirements
• Observing all company safety policies and procedures

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have a high school diploma or GED (preferred)
• Possess basic math skills for inventory and order processing
• Have forklift experience or are willing to obtain powered industrial truck certification
• Have knowledge of plumbing or heating (a plus)
• Can complete a background check and have a reliable work history
• Are able to occasionally lift up to 100 pounds and remain on your feet for extended periods
• Are comfortable working in a warehouse environment with potential exposure to machinery, vibration, and moderate to loud noise
