Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts in Lakeland, FL is seeking a warehouse clerical associate to support the distribution center by performing a variety of clerical duties and assisting the DC management team. You will input daily items received, log shipments, help with inbound freight scheduling, maintain the reserve location system, and handle returns clerical tasks including credits and tallies.

Fluency in Spanish is highly desired.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Must multitask and work well in a team environment.
• Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
• 10-key and typing ability with basic computer skills.
• Fluency in Spanish is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Input daily items received and maintain accurate entry.
• Log and assign batch numbers to shipments and maintain logbooks.
• Check daily received shipments and edit for errors.
• Support receiving with inbound freight coordination and scheduling.
• Maintain the reserve location system and assist returns clerical work.
• Process store credits, credits issuance, and reconcile core/warranty/rebox tallies.
• Answer phones, greet visitors, distribute mail, and manage office supplies.
