Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts in Texas is seeking a warehouse clerical assistant to support the distribution center operations. You will perform varied clerical duties, input daily received items, and help maintain accurate logs and batch records.

You’ll assist receiving, returns, and credit handling, answer phones, greet visitors, manage interoffice mail, and monitor inventory systems. Fluency in Spanish is highly desired, and strong teamwork and computer skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
• 10-key and typing ability with basic computer skills. Desired: bilingual Spanish skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide clerical support to warehouse and DC management.
• Input daily items received and maintain accurate entry for received items.
• Log and assign batch numbers to incoming shipments and maintain UPS/RPS logbook.
• Edit daily received shipments for errors and correct as needed.
• Assist receiving in scheduling inbound freight and maintain reserve location system.
• Assist returns with clerical duties including store credits and warranty tallies.
• Handle credit edit reports and file tickets.
• Answer phones and greet visitors; distribute interoffice mail and order supplies.
