Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts seeks a Warehouse Clerk to provide clerical support for the distribution center in Lakeland, FL. You will enter daily item receipts, log batch numbers, verify incoming shipments, and assist with inbound freight coordination.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, solid typing speed, and strong communication. Bilingual Spanish is a plus; team-oriented, multi-tasking individuals succeed here.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to multitask and work well in a team.
• Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
• 10-key and typing ability with basic computer skills.
• Familiarity with spreadsheet and word processing PC programs.

Responsibilities

• Input daily items received and maintain accurate entries.
• Log and assign batch numbers to incoming shipments; maintain UPS/RPS logbook.
• Check daily received shipments and edit for errors; make corrections.
• Assist the receiving department with inbound freight coordination.
• Maintain reserve location system and assist returns with clerical duties.
