Job summary
Staples Advantage Canada is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our fast-paced Supply Chain team in Greencastle, IN. You may work in multiple areas including Bulk/Material Handling Equipment Operator, Warehouse Porter, Replenishment, Receiving/Putaway/Returns, Returns, and Shipping, with potential movement between roles as needed.
The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and reliability, with a pay-for-performance structure and benefits for full-time and part-time associates.
Qualifications
- Minimum three (3) months related experience in a warehouse.
- Ability to pass a drug screen where legally permissible.
- Basic English language skills (verbal and written).
- Ability to work additional hours beyond scheduled shift if required.
- Ability to lift 70–100 pounds by hand and work at heights up to 60 feet.
Responsibilities
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, cherry pickers, turrets, pallet jacks) to move products up to 100 lbs.
- Maintain clean and safe work areas and follow safety procedures.
- Assist in receiving/putaway/returns, replenishment, and shipping tasks.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external contacts to resolve issues and discrepancies.
- Move product within the warehouse and assist with loading trucks.
