Job summary

Staples Advantage Canada is hiring a Warehouse Associate to join our Staples World Class Supply Chain Team. You may work in several areas such as Bulk/Material Handling, Receiving, and Shipping, performing duties to move product up to 100 lbs while following safety rules.

You will operate forklifts and other equipment, assist with loading, stacking, and pallets, and may be moved between SC1/SC2 roles as needed. A minimum 3 months warehouse experience is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum three (3) months related experience in a warehouse environment.
• Ability to pass a drug screen to the extent permissible legally.
• You must be at least 18 years old.
• Basic English language skills (both verbal and written communications).
• Ability to work overtime when needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, cherry pickers, turrets, or electric pallet jacks to pick and move product up to 100 lbs.
• Assist with warehouse duties across six areas: Bulk/Material Handling, Porter, Replenishment, Receiving/Putaway/Returns, Returns, and Shipping.
• Maintain safety procedures and clean work areas.
• Load and stack orders on pallets and assist with shipping.
• Move product within the warehouse and adapt to different roles as needed.
