Job summary

Staples in Tolleson, AZ is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our world-class supply chain team. You'll operate forklifts and pallet jacks, move products up to 100 lbs, and support receiving, replenishment, and shipping tasks in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires 3+ months in a warehouse setting, basic English, and safety adherence. Full-Time and Part-Time benefits are offered, including PTO, holidays, and health programs. You may be moved among roles to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum three (3) months related experience in a warehouse environment; or any equivalent combination of acceptable training, education, and experience.
• Ability to pass a drug screen to the extent permissible legally.
• Basic English language skills (both verbal and written communications).
• If you are hired as a Full-Time associate, you must have the ability to work additional hours beyond scheduled shift; overtime hours may be required.
• Ability to work at heights up to 60 feet or more as needed.
• An ability to lift, push or pull boxes/merchandise weighing between 70 pounds and 100 pounds by hand.
• Must wear safety composite shoes.
• Ability to walk and stand 100% of the time.
• You must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Operate material handling equipment to pick and move product in the warehouse, up to 100 lbs, while following safety procedures.
• Perform general cleaning and basic maintenance duties as required.
• Support replenishment, receiving/putaway, returns, and shipping processes as needed.
• Assist with unloading trucks and palletizing products.
• Ensure accuracy of product, resolve discrepancies, and communicate effectively with teams.
