Job summary

Staples Advantage Canada is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support six warehouse roles at the Lithia Springs, GA facility, operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment. The job requires safety focus, ability to lift 70–100 pounds, and 2:00pm-10:30pm shifts Monday–Friday.

You may be assigned to Bulk, Porter, Replenishment, Receiving/Putaway/Returns, Returns, or Shipping. Staples emphasizes pay-for-performance, inclusive culture, PTO, discounts, and a 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• Minimum three (3) months related experience in a warehouse environment; or any equivalent combination of acceptable training, education, and experience.
• Ability to pass a drug screen to the extent permissible legally.
• Basic English language skills (both verbal and written communications).
• If you are hired as a Full-Time associate, you must have the ability to work additional hours beyond scheduled shift; overtime hours will be required based on business need.

Responsibilities

• Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, cherry pickers, turrets, or electric pallet jacks to pick product up to 100 lbs.
• Move product within the warehouse while adhering to safety procedures.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external contacts to clarify and resolve issues.
• Assist with unloading trucks and palletizing products; ensure accuracy of product and documentation.
