Job summary

Staples Advantage Canada is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our Staples World Class Supply Chain Team in a fast-paced facility. You may be moved among six roles, including Bulk/Equipment Operator, Warehouse Porter, Replenishment, Receiving/Putaway/Returns, Returns, and Shipping, delivering products safely and efficiently.

The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and reliability, with a pay rate of 24.50 per hour plus a 1.00 shift differential.

Qualifications

• Minimum three (3) months related experience in a warehouse environment or equivalent training.
• Ability to pass a drug screen where legally permissible.
• Basic English language skills ( verbal and written ).
• Ability to work overtime as needed.
• Ability to lift 70–100 lbs by hand.
• Wear safety composite shoes and work at heights as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate material handling equipment to pick and move product up to 100 lbs.
• Work in six possible roles including Bulk/Operator, Porter, Replenishment, Receiving/Putaway/Returns, Returns, and Shipping.
• Unload trucks manually, palletize products, and ensure safety procedures.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area and communicate effectively with team.
• Move product within the warehouse using forklifts and pallet jacks.
