Job summary

K&M Tire is seeking a Warehouse Employee Backup Driver to support unloading/loading trucks and handling tires/products. You will work under the Warehouse Manager, ensuring accuracy, safety, and efficiency in daily operations.

Responsibilities include pulling and putting away tires, stocking in designated locations, and assisting with route trucks. The role requires reliability, the ability to multi-task, and adherence to safety norms.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write and communicate effectively.
• Must meet minimum qualification of Route Driver Level I.
• Ability to operate safely a forklift, tire cart, pallet jack and order picker.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Ability to work in a multi-task environment.

Responsibilities

• Unload semi-trailers and assist the loader for semi-trailers and route trucks.
• Use equipment and tools on a daily basis to verify, pull/pick, and put-away tires/products.
• Tires/products should be in designated locations with tags out and restocked as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse and load multi-warehouse transfer trucks.
• Support Warehouse Manager's decisions and company goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned and uphold K&M Values.
