Job summary

K&M Tire in Mandan, ND is seeking a Warehouse Backup Driver to unload and load trucks, and to pick/put away tires and products. You’ll work under the Warehouse Manager, assisting with daily operations and maintaining safety and organization in the warehouse.

The role offers growth via internal promotion, with pay increases tied to tenure. Benefits include 401K with match, tuition assistance, healthcare, PTO after 90 days, referral bonus, and more.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write and communicate effectively.
• Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds; 50 pounds on a continuous basis.
• Must stand for extended periods and work in a non climate controlled environment.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and meet Route Driver I requirements.
• Ability to operate safety equipment and scanning devices.

Responsibilities

• Unload semi-trailers and assist loaders for route trucks.
• Use equipment to verify, pull, and put-away tires/products.
• Keep tires/products in designated locations with tags and restock as needed.
• Work safely at all times and maintain a clean warehouse.
• Support warehouse manager decisions and company goals.
• Possess the ability to load multi-warehouse transfer trucks.
