Job summary

PCS Wireless is seeking a Business Systems Analyst for our Supply Chain Operations team in Miami Lakes, FL. You will sit at the intersection of warehouse operations and technology, embedding with operations to design automated solutions and optimize processes that drive efficiency.

You will own initiatives end to end—from requirement definition and solution design to configuration, testing, and production rollout—with NetSuite integration and potential WMS/WES workstreams.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
• 3–5 years delivering technology solutions for operational end users.
• Experience with warehouse automation and WMS/WES.
• NetSuite experience is required.
• Strong collaboration with warehouse and operations teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the delivery of a portfolio of warehouse and supply chain technology solutions, partnering with warehouse operations, supply chain, and PCS business functions to understand process needs and pain points and implement system improvements that support them.
• Embed with warehouse and operations teams, observing workflows and surfacing pain points to identify automation opportunities, then translate them into clear requirements and a backlog.
• Define our warehouse automation strategy and phased roadmap (WMS/WES) aligned to goals.
• Lead solution design and configuration for operational processes, integrating with NetSuite (ERP) and middleware, and with robotics technologies as initiatives mature.
• Prototype and configure solutions in test environments, support UAT, and manage production promotions.
• Build business cases and value analyses to justify automation investments.
