Job summary

Medline is seeking a Senior Systems Analyst to own the platforms, integrations, and vendor relationships that keep MHE and warehouse automation running across our distribution network. This IT-focused role sits at the IT/OT boundary, managing servers, interfaces, monitoring, and support, and acting as the primary escalation point for MHE vendors when issues sit below the software line.

Qualifications

Experience supporting enterprise Windows and/or Linux systems in production.
Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis across integrated systems.
Experience with vendor escalation, SLAs, and joint problem solving.
Hands-on scripting in PowerShell, Python, or Bash.
Experience implementing monitoring and alerting with dashboards and logs.
Background in logistics, distribution, or operations‑driven environments.

Responsibilities

Maintain availability, performance, and lifecycle of server, OS, database, and middleware for WCS/WES and related platforms.
Serve as primary technical escalation point to MHE vendors and manage vendor relationships.
Implement monitoring standards and build dashboards with LogicMonitor, Splunk, and AppDynamics.
Configure Windows, Linux, virtualization, and core infrastructure for logistics apps.
Respond to incidents, perform root-cause analysis, and drive corrective actions.
Develop scripts and use IaC patterns to automate repeatable platform tasks.
