Job summary

Toyota Automated Logistics seeks a Business Systems Analyst to help gather requirements, document functionality, and support software product changes. You will interact with customers and developers, lead functional spec creation, and assist with testing and training.

The role involves travel and collaboration with Sales and Operations to ensure effective product support and successful go-lives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or Computer Information Systems; Master’s Degree a plus.
• Experience dealing directly with customers and developers.
• Performed requirements gathering and functional spec creation.
• Strong analytical and problem solving abilities.
• Understanding of software design and databases.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with WMS, SCM and logistics applications.
• Must be eligible to work in the USA long term without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain functional specification documents for software products.
• Communicate with stakeholders to gather requirements and obtain approval of project specs.
• Define and simplify requirements with customers and project teams.
• Build User Acceptance Test Plans with the project/QA teams.
• Develop system workflows and module descriptions per functional area.
• Assist QA in test planning and execution.
• Participate in internal integration testing for quality control.
• Provide product support to Sales and Operations teams.
