Job summary

Albertsons Companies seeks a Warehouse and Automation Operations Supervisor to run both automated and traditional warehouse tasks. You will lead a team, manage ABB robotics and conveyance systems, and ensure safe, compliant operations while maintaining service levels for stores.

You will coordinate with IT and engineering, leverage Manhattan WMS and Qlik BI dashboards, and drive performance improvements across daily workflows. A strong background in logistics and supervisory roles is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in logistics, supply chain, manufacturing, or industrial engineering.
• Strong supervisory and leadership capabilities with the ability to manage teams effectively.
• Experience in automation, warehousing, and business processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day automation and conventional warehouse operations.
• Oversee automated systems, equipment, and safety/compliance standards.
• Coordinate with IT and engineering to troubleshoot issues and improve performance.
• Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for efficiency gains.
• Ensure timely inbound/outbound flow and accurate product handling.
