The role requires 5+ years in warehouse automation, strong reliability practices, and the ability to manage complex vendor relationships while delivering measurable improvements. Travel ~40% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, mechanical, electrical engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience sustaining/operating warehouse automation systems.
• Strong knowledge of reliability and maintenance practices.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional problem solving.
• Experience managing vendor performance and contracts.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute automation sustainment strategy across the network.
• Drive a consistent OEE methodology and governance cadence.
• Lead KPI-based performance governance with site teams and vendors.
• Coordinate incident management and RCA follow‑up.
• Own multi‑million dollar annual automation sustainment CapEx budget.
• Develop 3–5 year sustainment roadmap.
