Qualifications

• Supervise and lead hourly associates toward high productivity, safety and quality.
• Able to supervise and work with others to achieve results.
• Strong communication skills and teamwork.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office, helpful.
• Ability to read and interpret computerized reports.
• Analytical mindset for administrative duties in a fast-paced warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Lead associates in a shift/area while supervising warehouse operations within Center and Union guidelines.
• Provide excellent customer service to stores serviced through accurate handling of inbound/outbound product.
• Coordinate with peer leaders to balance the workflow of the Distribution Center.
• Walk the warehouse regularly to ensure sanitation and quality expectations.
• Maintain communication with Transportation to facilitate inbound/outbound flow of product.
• Coordinate with cross functional departments like Inventory Control and Procurement.
