Albertsons Companies is seeking a Senior Manager to lead the sustainment of warehouse automation across the Supply Chain network. You will define standards, governance routines, and KPI reporting to improve uptime, utilization, and continuity.

The role requires 5+ years in warehouse automation, strong reliability know‑how, and proven cross‑functional leadership in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience sustaining/operating warehouse automation systems.
• Strong knowledge of reliability and maintenance practices.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute automation sustainment strategy across the network.
• Drive KPI reporting and governance for uptime and utilization.
• Own multi‑million-dollar sustainment CapEx budget and roadmap.
• Coordinate with maintenance, operations and vendors to prevent failures.
• Lead standardization and disciplined execution in a fast-paced environment.
