Job summary

KNAPP is seeking a Logistics Operations Engineer in Locust Grove, GA to provide software-focused operations for an automated warehouse. You will monitor KiSoft environments, triage incidents, and guide on-site resources to restore service promptly.

The role requires Linux/Windows expertise, Oracle/PLSQL/Java/C++ knowledge, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team under pressure. Travel is expected up to 15%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Strong incident communication, documentation, and cross-team coordination skills.
• Technical knowledge in Linux, Windows 11, and Linux Server.
• Technical knowledge in Oracle databases, PL/SQL, Java and/or C++.
• Understanding of automated warehouse concepts and how to troubleshoot.
• Ability to work independently and in a team, under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Monitor KiSoft ONE & KiSoft SRC to maintain stable warehouse operations.
• Respond to and triage software incidents and restore service when possible.
• Coordinate with on-site resources and support teams to resolve issues and minimize downtime.
• Communicate system status and incident updates to stakeholders and provide shift handover information.
• Maintain support documentation and tickets, including problem management items.
• Prepare and provide internal reports as required.
