Job summary

KNAPP North America in Locust Grove, GA is seeking a Logistics Operations Engineer (LOE) to provide software-focused operational support for KiSoft production environments, monitor incidents, and coordinate on-site resources to restore service.

The role requires a BS in CS/Software Eng, strong incident communication, and experience with Linux, Windows, and Oracle/Java/C++. Travel 15% and US work authorization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in CS/Software Eng or related field.
• Strong incident communication and cross-team coordination skills.
• Technical knowledge in Linux, Windows, and Linux Server.
• Knowledge of Oracle databases, PL/SQL, Java and/or C++.
• Understanding of automated warehouse concepts and on-site support.

Responsibilities

• Monitor KiSoft ONE and KiSoft SRC to maintain stable warehouse operations.
• Respond to and triage software incidents; take actions to restore service.
• Coordinate with on-site resources and support teams; escalate as needed.
• Communicate system status and incident updates to stakeholders; handover information.
• Maintain accurate support tickets and problem management records.
• Prepare and provide internal reports as required.
