Warehouse Attendant - State Farm Arena/Levy Restaurants

Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour. This is not a tipped position.

Schedule: Part-time, event-based schedule. Open availability preferred. Must be able to work mornings, nights, weekends, and all Hawks home games.

Requirements: The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience working in a warehouse or similar environment. Attention to detail is preferred.

Job Summary

Summary: Warehouse Staff supports purchasing, receiving, storing, and controlling food, beverage, supplies, and services for their location. Ensures products and services are in the right places, at the right times, and ready for guests. Duties include light warehouse maintenance and general cleaning of the warehouse area.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Read production schedules, customer orders, work orders, shipping orders, or requisitions to determine items to be moved, gathered, or distributed.
• Convey materials from receiving or production areas to storage or other designated areas.
• Place materials on racks, shelves, bins, or in refrigerated rooms according to predetermined sequences.
• Fill requisitions, work orders, or requests for materials and distribute items.
• Assemble customer orders from stock and prepare for shipping or packing.
• Mark materials with identifying information.
• Open bales, crates, and containers.
• Record amounts of materials received or distributed.
• Weigh or count items for distribution to ensure standards are met.
• Arrange stock parts in specified sequences for assembly.
• Use computers to enter records.
• Complete worksheets or tickets based on customer specifications.
• Drive vehicles to transport or pick up items.
• Complete requisition forms for supplies.
• Prepare parcels for mailing.
• Maintain inventory records.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Ensure proper presentation, portion control, and maintenance of serving temperatures following HACCP standards.
• Commit to personal and team safety.
• Follow all company policies, including proper handling and safety procedures with equipment and hot items.
