Warehouse Attendant - State Farm Arena/Levy Restaurants

Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour. This is not a tipped position.

Schedule: Part-time, event-based schedule. Open availability preferred. Must be able to work mornings, nights, and weekends, including all Hawks home games.

Requirements: The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience working in a warehouse or similar environment. Attention to detail is preferred.

Qualifications:

  • Stand for long periods and actively engage physically with guests.
  • Ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
  • React with physical and mental alertness in emergency situations.
  • Demonstrate physical stamina and agility to be mobile throughout the day.
  • Lift/move materials and equipment up to 50 pounds.
Job Summary

Summary: Warehouse Staff supports purchasing, receiving, storing, and controlling food, beverage, supplies, and services. Ensures products and services are in the right place, at the right time, and ready for guests. Also responsible for light warehouse maintenance and general cleaning.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Read production schedules, customer orders, work orders, shipping orders, or requisitions to determine items to be moved, gathered, or distributed.
  • Convey materials from receiving or production areas to storage or other designated areas.
  • Place materials on racks, shelves, bins, or in refrigerated rooms according to size, type, style, color, or product code.
  • Fill requisitions, work orders, or requests for materials or tools and distribute to production workers or assembly line.
  • Assemble customer orders from stock and place on pallets or shelves; convey orders to packing or shipping.
  • Mark materials with identifying information.
  • Open bales, crates, and containers.
  • Record amounts of materials received or distributed.
  • Weigh or count items for distribution to ensure standards are met.
  • Arrange stock parts for assembly.
  • Use computer to enter records.
  • Compile worksheets or tickets from customer specifications.
  • Drive vehicle to transport stored or picked-up items.
  • Complete requisition forms for supplies.
  • Prepare parcels for mailing.
  • Maintain inventory records.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Ensure proper presentation, portion control, and maintenance of serving temperatures following HACCP standards.
  • Commit to safety and abide by all company policies, including proper handling and safety procedures.
