Condiment Attendant - State Farm Arena / Levy Restaurants

Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour. This is not a tipped position.

Schedule: Part-time, event-based schedule. Must be able to work nights, weekends, and all Hawks home games.

Requirements: The ideal candidate will have 1 year or more experience in foodservice or hospitality. An outgoing personality is preferred. Must be able to interact professionally with high-profile guests and provide exceptional service.

Qualifications:

• Stand for long periods and actively engage with guests physically.
• Ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
• React quickly and stay alert in emergency situations.
• Demonstrate physical stamina and agility to remain mobile throughout the shift.
• Lift/move materials and equipment up to 50 pounds.

Job Summary

Summary: The Condiment Attendant maintains a clean condiment and beverage area while providing excellent customer service.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Stock condiments, toppings, and other food items.
• Follow sanitation and safety principles in handling food and equipment.
• Engage with customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborate with co-workers to meet service standards.
• Prioritize safety for yourself and others.
• Follow all company policies, including safe handling of tools and equipment, proper use of gloves, slip-resistant shoes, and lifting techniques.
