Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. in Columbus, OH is hiring for Temp to Hire Warehouse Associates. Earn $17.00 per hour with weekly pay and first shift Mon-Fri, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm (OT possible on weekends). Work in clean facilities with a focus on safety and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Six months of related warehouse experience required.
• One year or more related warehouse experience preferred.
• Learn to operate powered industrial trucks and related equipment.
• Ability to read and perform basic math in English for safety and instructions.

Responsibilities

• Package, kit, and/or assemble orders and materials.
• Load and unload inbound/outbound trailers; ensure scanning is complete.
• Train dock staff on new procedures and maintain security at shift end.
• Perform picking and packing duties as needed.
• Conduct housekeeping in the assigned area and support warehouse ops.
