Job summary

Ryder is hiring Temp to Hire Warehouse Associates in Columbus, Ohio. Earn $17.00 per hour with weekly pay and a first shift, Monday–Friday schedule, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, with overtime as needed.

Positions involve operating powered industrial trucks and RF scanners in clean, safe facilities. On-the-job training is provided, and safety gear is supplied. High school diploma or equivalent preferred, with 6 months of related warehouse experience.

Qualifications

• Six months of related warehouse experience required.
• Ability to read, do basic math in English for safety and instructions.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted.
• Operate powered industrial trucks and RF scanners as needed.

Responsibilities

• Package, kit and/or assemble orders and materials.
• Load and unload inbound/outbound trailers; ensure scans are completed.
• Perform picking, packing and material moves per location policies.
• Maintain housekeeping and safety in assigned area.
