Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is hiring for Temp to Hire Warehouse Associates in Columbus, OH. The role offers weekly pay, on-the-job training, and a safety‑mocused environment with modern equipment.

You will operate RF scanners, support order fulfillment, and work a first shift schedule 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, with overtime on weekends as needed. Candidates should have at least six months of warehouse experience and be able to lift up to 50 pounds. Certification to operate forklifts is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Six months of related warehouse experience required.
• Learn to operate powered industrial trucks and related equipment.
• Ability to read and perform basic math in English for safety and work instructions.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted.

Responsibilities

• Package, kit and assemble orders and materials.
• Load and unload inbound/outbound trailers and ensure scanning accuracy.
• Perform picking, packing and material moves per location procedures.
• Maintain housekeeping and safety standards in assigned area.
• Collaborate with team and train others on new procedures as needed.
