Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is hiring Temp to Hire Warehouse Associates in Columbus, Ohio. The role offers weekly pay with first shift from Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, with overtime on weekends as needed.

Pay is $17.00 per hour, with on-the-job paid training and provided safety gear in a clean, well-run facility. Responsibilities include packing, loading/unloading trailers, scanning, and maintaining orderly operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Six months of related warehouse experience required.
• Learn to operate powered industrial trucks and related equipment.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Package, kit and/or assemble orders and materials.
• Load and unload inbound/outbound trailers and ensure accurate scanning.
• Train dock employees on new procedures and maintain facility security.
• Perform picking, packing and housekeeping duties as assigned.
