Job summary

The Warehouse Associate II supports inventory processing, material handling, and records management to ensure accurate intake, storage, retrieval, and destruction of customer records with strict chain-of-custody.

In this role you will operate handheld scanners, follow safety protocols, maintain organized storage, and assist with route coverage and deliveries when needed, all while upholding confidentiality

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Warehouse or material handling experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) certification preferred (certification offered upon hire).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy; ability to follow safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Barcode and process incoming boxes and materials.
• Pull, refile, and consolidate customer inventory.
• Process materials scheduled for secure destruction.
• Perform bay consolidations and maintain organized storage locations.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and general facility upkeep.
• Utilize handheld scanners and inventory management systems.
• Meet established productivity, timeliness, and accuracy standards.
• Maintain strict customer confidentiality and chain-of-custody procedures.
• Assist team members and support operational needs.
• Follow all operational protocols.
• Maintain compliance with all facility safety procedures and OSHA standards.
• Operate Powered Industrial Trucks (forklifts, order pickers, electric pallet jacks) when certified and authorized.
• Operate company vans to support route coverage, pickups, and deliveries when assigned.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
